SHIPPING
Once you have placed your order for in stock items, your order will ship most times within 1-3 days depending on the day your order is placed. You will be notified that your order is on its way. Although I am just excited for you to receive your jewelry, sometimes things happen!
I handcraft each piece with care, which cannot be rushed. Should there be any delay in shipping you will be notified.
Items that are custom made to order generally ship within 5-10 days. You will be notified when your order is on the way. Should there be any delay of shipping within 5-10 days, you will be notified.

RETURNS
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges for online credit if an item is returned within 10 days in its original condition and in its original packaging. Contact by email as to your intent to return an item prior to shipping is required.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your jewelry sustains any breakage within the first two months, I will replace it at no charge with the same or similar item or issue an online credit including shipping. An email with your intent to return is required prior to shipping and the item must be shipped within 1 week of the initial email. Credit will be issued after the item is received back.
